These terms govern your use of the The Property Plug website and our building broker service. By using the site or sending us an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
The Property Plug is an Australian building broker, not a builder. We compare a curated panel of verified builders and introduce you to the ones that fit your block and budget. We are paid by the builder, never by you. The build contract is always between you and the builder, not us.
2. Pricing and "from" prices
From-prices shown on the site are base build prices to the builder's standard inclusions, current as at the last updated date on each page. They exclude siteworks, land and upgrades unless stated. Prices are indicative, may change, and are confirmed in writing by the builder for your specific block. Nothing on the site is an offer or a contract.
3. Builder matching and information
Designs are presented as The Property Plug Collection and each is built by a verified builder from our panel, introduced once we have matched them to your block. Designs, specifications and from-prices are presented accurately, with the specific builder confirmed on access. We make reasonable efforts to keep catalogue information accurate but do not warrant it is error-free.
4. Finance information
Any finance content, calculators or estimates on the site are general information only. They are not credit assistance, a credit quote or financial advice, and do not take into account your objectives, situation or needs. See our consent record before a finance introduction.
5. Your use of the site
- Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information in enquiries.
- Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer or misuse the site or its data.
- Do not rely on the site as professional, legal or financial advice.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on indicative information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
