This is the consent record for finance enquiries handled by The Property Plug lending arm. It explains what you consent to when you ask us to help with finance, and confirms that any information we provide is general information only, not a credit quote or credit advice.

Finance is arranged through Central Lending Solutions, the licensed credit partner The Property Plug works with (Australian Credit Licence or credit representative number [TBC]).
1. What you are consenting to
When you ask The Property Plug lending arm to help with finance, you consent to us collecting your contact and basic financial details to assess your borrowing position, and to introducing you to a credit provider or licensed credit assistance provider where appropriate.
2. What this is not
Until you receive a formal credit quote and credit proposal disclosure from a licensed provider, nothing we share is a credit quote, credit assistance or a recommendation to enter a credit contract. Calculators and estimates are general information only.
3. Licence and authorisation
The Property Plug operates its lending arm under Australian Credit Licence or credit representative number [TBC]. This number, and the licensee details, will be confirmed and displayed here and on every finance page before launch.
4. Your choices
- You are never obliged to proceed with any finance product.
- You may use your own broker or lender at any time.
- You can withdraw consent and ask us to stop processing your finance enquiry.
5. How the consent is recorded
Where you provide consent in a finance enquiry, we record the date, the channel and the specific consent given, separately from general marketing consent under our privacy policy. Internal commercial arrangements are never attached to this record.
