We publish the real from-price for 46 designs up front and hold the name back, so the first thing you compare is the build, not the brand. When a design suits you, request access and we introduce the builder with their full range and a fixed price for your block, at no cost.

Once you request access, we introduce your matched builder, their full range and their real pricing for your block.

Do I have to use your finance?

No. Our in-house lending arm is there to make your shortlist real from day one, but you are free to use your own broker or bank. Any finance information we share is general information only and is not credit advice or a credit quote.

How long does a new build take?

New home builds on our panel run to a 12 months build time once construction starts, and granny flats to 8 months, before approvals and finance. We give you the honest figure up front rather than a best-case number that slips.

Is this only for first home buyers?

No. We work with first home buyers, investors, upgraders and people doing a knockdown rebuild. The process is the same: we match the right builder, design, land and finance to your brief, and you pay nothing for it.
