Why we exist
The Property Plug started because building brand new is stacked against the buyer. Every volume builder can only show you their own range, gates the price behind an enquiry, and runs a sales floor that works for them. There was no honest, cross-builder, price-transparent way to compare. So we built one.
Daniel Girmay founded the company in Perth after watching too many people overpay by building direct, with no one independent in their corner. The fix was a broker model: curate the best builders onto a panel, publish the real from-prices, compute the honest landed cost with per-suburb siteworks, and make the whole comparison free to the buyer.
Today we hold 46 designs from $309,218 to $535,929 base build, with real siteworks costed across 102 Perth suburbs, and we have helped over 450 buyers into a property. We present our collection of designs and introduce your matched builder once we have matched them to your block, because the curation is the value and the introduction should be about your build, not a pitch. We are paid by the builder, never by you, so the advice does not change with the brand on the contract.
